The road to Rapid Aerial began when I discovered aviation.  About 15 years ago, I'd graduated high school, didn't want to go to college, and had little idea of what I wanted to do for a career. My parents urged (told) me to go to some kind of school.  I thought, "hey, I'd love to be a pilot."  With their blessing and a little money, I enrolled in flight school and earned my private pilot's license.  The view from above was always incredible, it's easy to see why people fall in love with flying and I was no different.  As I pursued my instrument rating I learned about the business of aviation.  I started to realize that I had a long road ahead of me to start making money in aviation.  I was also going to be competing for jobs with members of our military, folks that have a huge advantage in training, fight time, and probably discipline too.  I was quickly realizing that aviation was a difficult way to make a living. A few years later, I'd found a somewhat rewarding technical career and started a family, all was great, but I found myself missing flight and the view from above.   Aviation was, at this point, out of my price range, I simply couldn't afford to continue the pursuit of flight training. Somewhere along the way I took notice of the growing unmanned aviation industry.  With manageable equipment costs and rapidly improving technology, I saw an opportunity.  I could easily provide and share a view of our world from a different perspective.  Now I'm building a leading aerial imagery provider.   Thank you for visiting my site, I look forward to working with you!
